Round washers (RW) have a simple function: they increase rim strength at the point of tension without increasing weight or altering spoke length. Their flat, thin shape deforms and adapts to the inside of narrow-walled rims, increasing the contact surface of the spoke nipple on the rim, shifting the stress away from the spoke hole and dissipating it over a larger area. This increases the strength and lifespan of carbon rims with delamination at the spoke holes.Format in a bag of 100 units.

This spoke wrench is suitable for holding CX, Delta, and CX-Ray flat spokes. With different grooves on its outer side for various spoke diameters between 0.9, 1.1, 1.3, and 1.5 mm, it allows you to hold the middle of the flat spokes while handling them during installation, preventing them from twisting and becoming damaged, and increasing the accuracy of the work. Nothing is worse than a wheel with flat spokes twisted together, as it indicates poor workmanship and greatly increases the chances of breakage.

The Secure Lock system is a mechanical locking mechanism that prevents the spokes from loosening. Nipples for spokes with 2.3mm threads (13g).

HM washers reduce friction between the nipples and the rim during the mounting process. This allows for greater tension with less effort and increased precision. If you aim to provide high-quality tires for your clients, then you need to work with this product.

Spoke washers help to better adjust the hub's flex and dynamic oscillation. Their use is recommended for hubs with narrow flanges or dilated holes. These washers are placed on the spoke head before insertion into the hub, providing better retention of the spoke in the hole itself and preventing "hammering" and premature breakage caused by spoke oscillation on the hub. While not essential for wheels with all components properly designed or selected, they are very useful for addressing problems with spoke bends caused by dilated hub holes or hub flanges that are too thin or unstable under high load.Format in a bag of 100 units.
